Future Scholars Visitation Program Application Form

Visitation Program Dates: Sunday, November 8 - Tuesday, November 10, 2009

The Future Scholars Visitation Program will provide the opportunity for students to:
  1. Receive UGA application fee waiver
  2. Meet academic administrators
  3. Discuss program and research interests with department faculty
  4. Network with current and other prospective graduate students
  5. Participate in workshops about admissions and research and funding opportunities


Required Application Materials:
  1. Complete Visitation Program Application Form (below)
  2. Personal Statement (2 pages)
  3. Three Academic Letters of Recommendation
  4. Two Sealed Official Transcript
  5. Supplemental Materials (as required by prospective dept.)
